Powerhand DEX VRS200 – Maximum power for vehicle recycling
Increase the profitability of your vehicle dismantling with the Powerhand VRS200 Vehicle Dismantler – the ultimate combination of power, precision and efficiency .
Designed for recycling and dismantling operations that demand maximum productivity, the VRS200 is ideal for carrier machines in the 20 to 25 ton range.
Power meets precision
The Powerhand VRS200 combines the VRS200 Dexterity Grapple with integrated cutting tool (Shear) and the VRS200 Clamp with clamping legs that can not only be opened and closed , but also raised and lowered .
This interaction enables fast, controlled and efficient dismantling of engines, transmissions, axles and chassis components – for maximum material recovery with minimal effort.
Efficient material recovery – precision like in nature
Like a vulture precisely dismembering its prey, the Clamp Legs securely fix the vehicle, while the Dexterity Grapple systematically separates valuable materials from the body.
The integrated knife blades on the clamping legs even allow for the clean separation of motor and gearbox units – a crucial advantage for maximum yield and higher profits.
Optimal visibility and full control
The slim, pincer-like shape of the Dexterity Grapple provides an unobstructed line of sight from the driver's seat to the vehicle . This allows valuable materials such as copper wiring harnesses to be removed safely and precisely, even from the tightest spaces.
Powerful hydraulic cylinders and a high-torque rotary unit ensure effortless work – even with severely deformed vehicle structures.
VRS200 Clamp Legs – maximum stability during disassembly
The VRS200 Clamp Legs are the heart of the system when it comes to secure fixing and precise work.
They are hydraulically controlled – with separate circuits for opening/closing and raising/lowering – and hold vehicle bodies firmly in place during dismantling.
With integrated cutting edges and solid construction, the Clamp Legs offer optimal stability and control , even in the most demanding applications.
Technical specifications of the Clamp Legs:
- Hydraulic services required:
- Opening/Closing: 300 bar, 80–120 l/min
- Lifting/Lowering: 300 bar, 80–120 l/min
- Weight: 3,360 kg
- Overall length (A): 4,600 mm
- Maximum height (B): 2,250 mm
Robustly built for continuous operation
Made from 100% high-strength Swedish special steel , the Powerhand VRS200 is designed for continuous daily use under the toughest conditions.
Maximum reliability and minimal downtime mean: more productivity and higher profits .

Powerhand VRS200 – The ultimate machine for maximum recycling efficiency and profitability.
Copper cable extraction
A large part of the value of an old vehicle (ELV – End-of-Life Vehicle) is often contained in the copper wiring harness.
The Powerhand VRS 200 enables easy removal of the copper wiring harness from the vehicle. Its slim design and pincer-like gripping mechanism provide a direct line of sight from the operator to the vehicle, making cable removal effortless even in the tightest spaces.
The multi-function tool on the clamping arms of the VRS allows unwanted plugs to be removed from the wiring harness, leaving only the high-quality copper wires for recycling.
Precision and power make the removal of heavy steel easy.
Removal of heavy steel axles and chassis components
Utilize the precision of the cutting edge on the side of the VRS200 gripper to sever the suspension bracket, leaving only one side attached. The power of the rotating unit can then be used to easily unscrew the remaining bracket from the vehicle body.
This leaves behind the low-value vehicle shell , while you gain the added value of the heavy steel .
Engine separation
Use the clamping arms of the VRS200 to separate the motor and gearbox units.
The VRS200's clamping arms are equipped with two sets of blades on the inside. The powerful hydraulic cylinders allow the operator to precisely and effortlessly separate aluminum and steel alloy components from the engine block.
The horizontal blades are used to separate the cylinder head from the engine block , while the smaller vertical blades are specifically designed to detach the gearbox from the engine .
