With an operating weight of just 98 kg, the MB‑HDS207 bucket separator is ideal for mini and compact excavators (1.3–2.8 t) and backhoe loaders (3–4 t), and easily fits even in tight construction site areas. Its specially shaped bucket ensures efficient material handling and consistent screening performance, while the centrally positioned intake below the center of gravity reduces wear on the carrier and enables precise work. Robust protective covers keep out sand, soil, and foreign objects, and the tool-free interchangeable screening shafts minimize downtime. With a loading volume of 0.05 m³, a working pressure of 200–220 bar, and an oil flow of 25–35 l/min, it reliably separates construction rubble, asphalt, gravel, and organic matter.
