T – Twin Tiger tooth
This tooth is designed for maximum penetration in extremely compacted materials. Thanks to its special geometry, rock is reliably prevented from becoming stuck between the tips.
In the corner positions of the bucket, the T-tooth—ideally combined with P-tips—unfolds its full effect: It cuts the material wide enough so that the bucket sidewalls glide freely through the channel. This clearance cut reduces lateral frictional resistance and effectively protects the bucket from wear. The symmetrical design ensures maximum economic efficiency, allowing the teeth to be simply swapped crosswise to significantly extend their service life.

Replacing teeth: How do I find out which tooth size is currently installed?
When a tooth or adapter is worn out, the external markings are often no longer legible. Usually, the system size of Ultralok teeth is cast inside the tooth pocket so that you can find the right replacement immediately.
If the information is missing or illegible, the following images and table will help you: simply measure the tooth pocket or the locking opening to determine the correct size.

Hab mir einen Tieflöffel mit Zähnen bestellt, qualitativ klasse, Abwicklung war auch reibungslos.

Schnelle Abwicklung
Hatten bisher immer nur Standard Hersteller Abbruchgitter auf unseren Baggern. Haben jetzt vor kurzem mal für einen Bagger dieses Schutzgitter bestellt. Echt klasse Teil, überlegen uns gerade bei den anderen auch noch nachzurüsten.
Größtes Highlight ist definitiv das herunterschwenkbare Frontgitter, perfekt zum Scheibe reinigen oder wenn man einfach mal kurz freie Sicht vorne brauch. Montage war schnell erledigt, wird einfach nur angeschraubt. Die Dachklappe ist auch cool, auch hier zum Scheibe reinigen oder um mehr Licht in die Kabine zu lassen.
Wir sind rundum sehr zufrieden und können den E4 von Echle sehr empfehlen!
Hab das FOPS-Schutzgitter jetzt seit paar Wochen aufm Bagger drauf und bin echt zufrieden damit. Das Teil baut nicht so hoch auf, dadurch ist der ganze Bagger beim Transport einfach flacher. Mussten früher öfter rumtricksen wegen der Höhe.
Das schwenkbare Frontgitter ist auch sehr praktisch. Wenn man mal kurz vorne freie Sicht brauch oder schnell auf die Straße muss, klappt man’s einfach runter – fertig. Kein Gefummel, geht schnell.
Montage war auch schnell erledigt. Die vorhandenen Anschraubpunkte haben genau gepasst, alles ohne Schweißarbeiten – ranschrauben und gut ist.
Stabil ist das ganze auch. Macht nen durchdachten, robusten Eindruck – nix klapprig oder billig. So muss das sein.
