The MB Crusher screening bucket MB-S23 is the world's largest screening attachment and is designed for hydraulic excavators from 35 t to 50 t. With a dead weight of 3.66 t and a material capacity of 3.75 m³, it separates soil, construction rubble, and recycling materials directly on site – without the need for an additional screening system. Its hydraulic requirements are 320–350 bar operating pressure and 160–180 l/min oil flow, while the backpressure remains below 5 bar for reliable operation even under the toughest conditions. Thanks to the modular quick-change system, screening segments can be swapped without tools and adapted to different grain sizes. This allows you to reduce volume and optimize material processing directly on the construction site, save on transport and disposal costs, and increase your productivity – especially in quarries, demolition work, or tunnel construction.
